Self Serve Dole Whip at Capt. Cooks in the Poly

DH piled it almost as high as the cup in the background and filled it wide.
Alot of people were piling it high but DH was the only one making it fat/wide totally filling the cup.

Plate 1 for Me - Fresh Fruit, Donut, Chocolate Croissant, 1/2 of an Everything Bagel w/ veggie cream cheese, apple danish

Plate 2 for DH - Cheese Blintz, Sausage patty & Sausage gravy w/ buscuit, Mickey waffle and Cherry turnover

Plate 2 for Me - AMAZING RICE (tasted like cinnamon rice pudding without the pudding!) Potato Wedges, Mickey waffle, Carved Ham, Scrambled Eggs and Oatmeal

OH and the juice is DELISH!!! I drank like 3 full glasses of it !!!

Pork Nachos from Captain Cook's at the Disney Polynesian Resort

They were so good! The pork was barbeque, not a saucey barbeque, but a smoky barbeque flavor. The chips were hand made, and it had onions, and fresh tomato and pineapple salsa. We left off the spicy mayo.

Mixed Green Salad with Apple Vinaigrette and Fresh Corn Bread - This was sooo good we asked for 3 refills of just the salad and cornbread alone, I could live on this stuff.

The All-You-Can-Eat Canyon Skillet - Pork Ribs, Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Potatoes, Beans, and Corn. This pulled pork was heaven, Dad preferred the ribs. The beans were really the only thing we could have done without.

WPE creme brulee. My 1st time eating creme brulee. It was delicious.

My 4 year old's mac and cheese and a piece of my 6 year old's pizza. Sorry it's already pretty much eaten!
