Does this mean Disney and Miramax are ready to part ways?

How many people actually know that Disney owns Miramax?

I mean if it really matters.

My first reaction to this is to say "they'll put out all this violence, etc..." but God forbid they put out Song of the South.

But then I think "well SOTS is animation, so kids will watch it and people expect it to not be 'challenging' "

But then Tarantino goes and says go watch it for 12 year olds.

    I don't get Disney!

Wait till Fahrenheit 9/11 comes out... *IF* it comes out.

In any case, Disney is probably still pissed because they let Lord of the Rings slip through their fingers.

I think alot more pople are aware of Miramax/Disney being part of the same company. And for those that dont just wait till the press gets a chance to see the movie and write article/comment on tvs shows about how the company that Walt created has not dropped to this level. The groups that are anti-disney will use this to their advantage.
