Disney Dining Plan with gratuities

So we have 5 people (2 Adults 3 children ages 12, 10, 4) in our party attending. I was wondering what type of gratuities we will have to pay for?
On Day 1: Wolfgang Puck
On Day 2: Sci-Fi Dine-in Grill
On Day 3: Maya Grill
On Day 4: Boatwright's Dining Hall
On Day 5: Cap'n Jacks

It all depends on the type of choices your family makes for food- I suggest looking at the menus for each place and choosing out the most expensive items that your family is likely to choose- add that up and then take 20%- it should give you the highest expected amount for you.
