    FYI for cruise scrappers...

Just got back from our MAGICal cruise! Mickey's Mates, the onboard shop, had photo albums and scrapbook kits with the 2003 cruise logo, which is really cute. The downside is that it's 8x10 and post bound. I'm not sure if they usually carry any 12x12, but the 8X10 was all they had. Inside is paper, page protectors, and some really cute stickers and die cuts of the cruise logo and Captain Mickey! I think it was worth it for those items alone. I will try to get some pics posted soon!

Here's the links to the pictures:

Just curious, were the scrapbook kits sold separately or only with the album? DH and I were on a cruise at the beginning of February and I was hoping for some kind of scrapbook kit geared toward DCL but didn't see any.

The kit was with the album, unfortunately they were not sold seperately. So I ended up with a really cute album that I may not use but die cuts I love.

That's a bummer. If it was separate I was thinking of finding someone to get it for me. But since it's not... :(

I mostly bought it for the die cuts, etc., but I figured I still might use the album for pictures from shutters or a scrapbook for my DS.

If you don't want the album you could always sell it on ebay. You might even make enough to get your money back.

Oh, if I could only get in the habit of SELLING as much as BUYING on Ebay, I could finance another cruise. ;)

Thanks for sharing! I can't wait until I buy one on our cruise. I was thinking of doing a recipe album in 8 by 10 so, I just might keep that album even though I scrap 12 by 12. I am sure you'll find a use for that album.

Do you mind telling us how much the whole kit was?

It was $25. Not bad, I thought.

Ok, I scrap 12 x 12 but it is worth the die cuts and stickers I think. I'll do something with the album.

Hey mcnuss, if you're out there let me know if this would be on the shopping list! ;)
