Disney canceled my Mine Train FP for Sept 27

They swapped it to Splash Mountain due to an "unexpected change in the operating schedule". This is my first time going since the new FP and I am struggling with all the planning (and I usually love planning). I am finding their website difficult to navigate. The FOF and Electric parade were all booked when I tried to schedule FP 60days out at midnight. Now I have lost Mine Train - I wish they could supply a generic Mine Train replacement pass that I could use on one of my MK days. I am feeling frustrated.

I was just signing in to to see if anyone else had this issue! My fp for 7DMT for 9/15 was also replaced with Splash. I'm going to go check the refurb schedule and see if something new has been added

This has happened before. Call Disney and ask to speak with someone on the MDE support team to get them back.

Were your Mine Train FPs in the evening close to the start-time of the Halloween Party? There's another thread stating that Haunted Mansion FPs are affected on Party nights due to setting up for the party.

Only a thought but could it be anything to do with the crowd levels, I think MNSSHP is on the 15th and 27th.

Mine was cancelled too for Oct 1! Grrr....

ETA: Mine was from 5:45-6:45 using my MNSSHP ticket. I was able to change it to an earlier time (4:45-5:45) but now I can't make 3 FP+ for things I want that day between 4-6:30.

yep, we had 4-5, 5-6, and 6-7 for a night, they changed it.....since it was for BTMRR, it wasn't hard to get back after changing some times around, but UGH.....good luck!

It sounds like they want the FP return window closed by 6:30 so they can move all the non-party Standby guests through the ride and on out of the park by 7:00.

"We're sorry, your previously confirmed FastPass+ selection for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train from 5:40 PM to 6:40 PM on 09/15/2015 is no longer available due to an unexpected change in the operating schedule."

I'm livid. We have passes to MNSSHP for that night, so it shouldn't even matter. ***? If I call and complain to Disney, will they book an earlier FP? It's not fair to those of us who were up at midnight 60 days out from arrival. It's kind of a slap in the face.

Just got off the phone with them. They're saying that they're shutting down Mine Train on those dates because of refurbishments. I pointed out that it seems odd that it's only on the MNSSHP days close to the 6-7 time period. So, they're either flat-out lying to cover their poor planning for MNSSHP, or they are planning random days of refurbishments.

My 6:00 - 7:00 Peter Pan fp+ on 9/27 got cancelled. Luckily my 7DMT was 5:00 - 6:00 so I'm good with that one. Kind of bummed that we will end up losing a fp+ since we have an ADR at CRT at 3:55.

This is what mine said.......

"We're sorry, your previously confirmed FastPass+ selection for Peter Pan's Flight® from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on 09/27/2015 is no longer available due to an unexpected change in the operating schedule.

As a replacement, we have made a new selection for you at "it's a small world"® from 1:25 PM to 2:25 PM on 09/27/2015.

If they are in fact closing 7DMT during the party there will be a LOT of ticked off folks, myself included. It would be ridiculous for them to shut down one of (if not the) most popular ride at Magic Kingdom!
