Hey everyone! I have a question for y'all. I'm a teacher and at our school we do clubs every other Friday. I am hosting a club this year and I've picked Disney at my topic. So my plan was to start out talking about Walt Disney and study him a little, then talk about Disney World and Land and talk about it's history, rides, etc. I wanted to work in different current events/holidays, as well. So, in November, I planned to talk about the presidents that have visited, along with the Hall of Presidents attraction and the America Pavilion. During December, we can discuss the different ways Disney celebrates the holidays, movies, etc. Do y'all have any other suggestions? I was thinking at some point, we could discuss the whole good versus evil. The good guys and the villains. Different character traits - the brave characters, the ones that faced challenges, etc. Just wondered if anyone had any fabulous ideas or knew of any books that would be beneficial. Somewhere we have a dictionary of Disney characters, but I can't find it. I do have abook about all the attractions, I think. That would be fun to go through. I'll probably have around 20 kids - boys and girls, I hope. I would love to incorporate a craft once in a while, too. thanks for any ideas!!!
