Lunch Entrée Selections:

• Filet of Fish Topped with Shrimp Creole
Fire-Grilled tilapia and decadent shrimp Creole atop a plateful of rice and seasonal vegetables

• Andouille Sausage Jambalaya
Smoked ham, sausage and sweet tomatoes tossed with a blend of Southern spices and rice

• Asian Stir-Fry Chicken
Tangy and crispy orange chicken stir-fry served over a bed of rice

• Roasted Turkey Breast
Oven roasted and herb marinated turkey breast served with sweet cranberry gravy giblet

• Home Style Italian Meatballs
Herb and cheese loaded meatballs served with a rich marinara sauce over a bed of pasta

• Jamaican Jerk Pork Loin with Pineapple Salsa
Slow roasted, Jamaican jerk seasoned pork loin topped with a sweet pineapple cilantro salsa

Burger and Sandwich Bar:

I actually work at DC and know that we have a veggie burger. The restaurant is not a buffet, but kind of "cafeteria style", so you pick and choose what you want. There is rice and potatoes as well as mixed veggies and things like that to make a complete vegetarian meal.

No I don't believe you have to pay for alcohol. When we went last time I know some of our group had the frozen cocktails and didn't pay but I can't confirm about the other alcoholic drinks.
