Discount Photo Book Deals?

I would love to make some of these way before the holiday season to give as Christmas gifts. Does anyone know if discounts are out or will soon be available for photobooks? If so, what are good websites/companies to go with?

I have a question about the photo books. Can you put captions under the pictures or just pictures? Sorry if that is a dumb question but some ads I've seen have just shown pictures on the pages.
