DIS Unplugged Team - Hurricane Matthew

I am sure i'm not the only one whose worried about the DIS Unplugged team following Hurricane Matthew. If you have heard that any other members of the team are fine, please comment below and i'll update this post.

Jackie - Visiting family in Indiana (DIS Boards - DisneyKevin and WebmasterJackie)

I have reached out to everyone on Twitter to check they are OK - @DisneyMagicWDW. Will update as I hear anything.

Thanks for starting this thread and for thinking about all of us!

We are doing just fine up at my sister-in-law's house in Indiana; finally got here around 8:30-ish this morning I think it was. Fell into the bed a couple minutes after we arrived. We drove all through the night to get up here as there was not a hotel room to be had anywhere in Georgia, Tennessee, or Kentucky! Crazy! So glad to read that the storm didn't hit as bad as they thought in Orlando!

I heard an interview with the head of FEMA mentioning this index. I was kind nds of thinking it was a joke...guess not!

I'm glad we did too. We were going back and forth because our house sits in the middle of 3 areas that were mandated to leave. What finally occurred to me is that there is nothing between us and those areas that would change anything. Like, our neighborhood doesn't sit on a hill or anything. Glad we left and hope it's not too bad when we go back.

We came through Bowling Green and Louisville from what my SIL is telling me! They're in Memphis, IN.

@MattUK Unless she was in FL for the business, Tracey actually lives in Canada. Not sure about the rest of the Dreams staff, a lot of them work remote from other states, as indicated on the "Agent's Spotlight" segment of the Dreams shows. Haven't heard anything though.

Thanks SorcererHeidi, i didn't know Tracey lived in Canada, i just assumed with her being on the Dreams show every week she was based in FL
