It is so great of you to do this!
This is my first time staying on site and my first time on the dining plan so I was a little worried about using it well. This card will help!

We have 3 adults and 2 children in our party and we are staying for 9 nights. We are on the dining plan with 1 TS, 1 QS and 1 snack.
I like the red polka dots.
Can the title be "Riverside 2015"?

How many nights will you be on the plan?

I printed mine on a light card stock and included it in my planning book. Some people print them more of a large business card size and keep it in a wallet. It is really your personal preference. But, yes, I would say a card stock of some kind would make it sturdier.
