Delta's Contract of Carriage Available

It makes for an interesting read. The one thing I noticed about it was the part where it says that any passenger with unaccompanied minor status will not be bumped from a flight due to overbooking.

That is in regards to pax under 14. 15-17 year olds with the appropriate fee paid will be given the same status.

I was just pointing out something I felt was interesting. I just assumed that this thread was a continuance of the one you mentioned. Why single out Delta otherwise? All the airlines have a contract of carriage.

This is a continuation of a previously locked thread - this is not allowed - therefor this one is gone also!
