I'm looking for a Dell Desktop Computer for a friend. She wants a Dimension 3000. The lowest I can find right now is $767.78 with taxes and shipping included.

Does anyone know of any coupon codes or other Dell Deals?

    Thanks!

If you know of someone who has their own small or medium business, have them order through Dell. Their business price on a dimension 3000 is around $450.

Kind of OT, but we just purchased a laptop Inspiron 6000 for $599 after the $300 rebate. The rebate came within 2 weeks. Thought it was a very good deal.

    Good luck!

Watch xpbargains.com for deals. Back in June we found a coupon for $750 off a $1499 purchase for the first 1,500 orders - I'm now the happy owner of a very sweet Inspiron 6000 laptop.

You can still order through Small Business without actually being a small business. But you have to pay tax, whereas most people don't have to pay tax through the home store.

And for coupons, check eBay. I got some $35 off coupons - 2 for $3.99. Watch out for shipping charges though. Mine wasn't too bad. I paid $1 for the 2 codes, but $2.99 shipping (which shipping entailed emailing me the code) Some people try and make a small fortune on shipping, so be careful and make sure you know what you're going to pay before you bid. I think it's ridiculous, they shouldn't be allowed to charge shipping, but $4 to get $70 in coupons was a good deal to me.

Try:Cheap Stingy Bargains. They always have coupons for Dell, if what you want isn't there keep checking back. We saved $750 on our laptop earlier this year - got it cheaper than through Dell's business site!
