We just sailed the Wonder and had Cabin 7556. LOVED IT

I am confused...I thought it was a category 5...I noticed the above poster suggested deck 7 ??? :confused3

But there again I am new at this category deck business anyway. I just always thought deck 7 was a category 5....how could it be an 11? :confused3

Deck 7 has several catagories. We have had cat 6,7 & 11 on deck 7. Inside staterooms are Cat 11 on deck 7.
We always choose deck 7 Aft for quick access to the "secret" deck and just a couple of flights down from Topsiders and the Mickey Pool.

I originally shared that same confusion until I stopped by an AAA office and picked up a DCL brochure/book that has fold-out diagrams of the decks with a different color for staterooms in each category. Now, if I want to see where the Cat. 11 staterooms are I just look from deck to deck for the dark pink colored staterooms....or, for Cat 6, the bright yellow coded staterooms. There are also color-coded deck plans on the DCL website.

I also vote for Deck 7, mainly because there are fewwer cabins on Deck 7 than Deck 6 therefore there should be less traffic.

Another fan of deck 7 aft here too! :thumbsup2 ESPECIALLY if you are doing a cat 11. The 'secret' verandah is a nice treat, as long as there isn't a special event going on out there.

We are on deck 7 right sister? But not a cat 11 - I'm so confused. We have a balcony verandah whatever - but we are a cat 5? At this point, I don't care - I'm going, I have a verandah and I'm going to play with dolphins!!! YIPEE:banana:

Deck 6 midship. It's close to everything. We were in 6543 and loved the room. You can use the stairs for almost everything. No noise. Close to laundry and elevators/stairs, club, restuarants etc.
