    Woot woot! 60 min circuit training DVD and abs brings me to....

    663/800

    Not exactly fire engine red but I'm glad I did it! Bring on the nye margaritas!!!

    Thanks all for the support system in this hardest month of the year to find workout time.

    I am feeling better today. I may even get dressed!

    30 min hike up Multnomah Falls. We cut it short because was it slick and icy.

    An hour on the elliptical and an hour on the treadmill bring me to:

    2090/2000 Yay! I made Dis green! :cool1:

    New Year's Eve tomorrow...one more day to get those minutes in everyone!! Let's start the New Year out right! :sunny:

    And for my next to final trick for 2012 (as I'll sneak in one more run Monday morning so I can make plenty of room for :drinking1 and popcorn::)

    12/29 - 72 minute run
    12/30 - 32 minutes on elliptical

    brings December to 1269/1200 :cool1::banana::woohoo::dance3::cheer2:party:
    Do we get extra credit for extra minutes?:rolleyes1:confused3:rotfl:

    50 Minutes on the Elliptical and 16 doing weight training brings me to my final total of 869/1000. Not as bad as I had feared but next month will be better!

    Indygirl, good job hiking Multnomah Falls. We hadn't been in years and when we tried to go this summer we never found a parking spot--and we circled 3 times! :moped:

    I had a short workout in our hotel exercise room yesterday, bringing my final total for December to 1385/1200.

    Nursed a sore hip the last few weeks of the month but did do a little.


    Dec 23 15 minute walk

    Dec 24 15 minute walk

    Dec 26 15 minute walk

    Dec 29 30 minutes elliptical

    Dec 30 30 minute walk

    445/1000 for the month. Feeling better so hoping January gets me back on track
