I ordered the DDP Yoga. I can't wait to give it a try. I have completed the P90X and loved it. I still do its leg/back, arms/shoulders, kenpo, and yoga videos. Those were my favorite workouts. I also do my elliptical. However, I am ready for a change. I orderd the DDP Yoga and Zumba videos. (Zumba Exhilarate System) I am going to try to use them both and mix them up. Zumba for cardio and DDP Yoga for my muscle and toning. I have been to zumba classes so I know what to expect. Can anyone give feedback on DDP Yoga?
