Dates for Reservations

Hello! Can anyone tell me the first dates where you can first book the following Items (for examples 60 days from date of cruise,etc.):

Romantic Escape Package
Palo Dinner Reservation
Shore Excursions
Spa appointments
Wine & Martini Tastings-->can you book these beforehand?
Any other activites

I believe if you book the Romantic Escape Package, can you book the above items at an earlier date?

You can book the REAS (Romantic Escape) at any time. Palo, Shore Excursions, Spa Treatments can be booked online 75 days from your cruise date for 1st time cruisers, 90 days for Castaway Club Member and 105 days for Concierge and REAS.

Tastings and other tours and activities are booked when you board.

The cruise has to be paid in full to make bookings, even with the REAS (Romantic Escape) package.
