Although I was one of the people who had "asked for it," I was unable to log on for Disneyland chat last night...

Was there anything eye-opening regarding DL or DCA shared or revealed during chat that those of you who participated last night can share with everyone here? <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

    Thanks!

Dodie - You just missed me blabbing on and on. I usually chat 2-3 times per week. If you would like any specific DCA questions answered in real time, just tell me when to be in chat and I will try to be there. ;)

I found out we are going to be totally blown away when we arrive at the Grand Californian. It sounds great Dodie.

    See you in 2 months.

Maybe this is the place to ask if the DL flex tickets are hoppers. From the information I have found, it looks like the only way to get hopper tickets is to stay on site. That is not a option for us as I am going along with my husband on a business trip, so have to stay in thier hotel. We will be there for part of two days and one full day. I would like to spent as much time as possible, but if these aren't hoppers, it doesn't look possible. Any info?

Diane, it's true, ONLY those staying onsite will be able to get the Park Hopper Passes. So it looks like only onsite guests or those with two-park APs will be able to "hop" between the two parks in a single day.

I'd go with 3-day Flex Passports with your scenario, and whichever day you can arrive EARLY go to the new park, then spend the other two days (or as much of the days as you can) at Disneyland since it's so much bigger. Have fun! :)

    Thanks Michelle,
That was what I was thinking I would have to do. DH is trying to get permission to stay at DLH since it is the same cost as the one he is booked in. He would then drive to his meetings and leave me on site. That would make our car situation easier too. Otherwise, I would have to take him to work and then go on to DL.
