Daisy Duck at Tusker House

Is Daisy always at Tusker House? Is there anywhere else I could find a meal with her?

She is a regular there so should be, but no character is guaranteed. TH is the only meal she appears at, but usually she can be found elsewhere at AK or at the Sideshow Circus in MK too.
