Custom Garter?

I decided I want to get one custom made. Any rec's?

I don't know exactly where you have looked already but check out etsy.com. They have a ton of great designers there who all do handmade stuff. I bought mine from PetereneDesign, they do amazing work. If you don't find exactly what you want there from one of the sellers (many of whom will do customs orders if you ask) you can start an "alchemy" transaction and sellers will bid on the chance to make your item. Hope that gives you a starting point. Good luck!
