We are thinking of this excursion-- Any reports would be helpful
Us too, though on a different cruise line!
We did this excursion last year. It was fun, although I kind of felt like the description of it was better than the actual activity! We got in a van and they drove us to some dirt road and at the end of the dirt road was this "house" (or building or hut or something). There was a small pool there and some hammocks and of course a beach. We got in our boats, and those were fun (two people per boat, or one person if you are old enough to drive it) and we basically got in a line and rode our boats around. They were fast and it could get very rough, and of course we got soaked, but we had a good time. After the boats, we had an "authentic" Mexican meal of fajitas. It was just "ok" (maybe I'm just not very into "authenticity" with my food!). There was also a very small cart set up where you could buy gifts - jewelry, trinkets - that were handmade. Then we loaded up in the van and back to the ship we went!
