Counter service open after Fantasmic?

Does anyone know if the counter serice places near Fantasmic, (Toluca Turkey Legs, Rosies) are open after Fantasmic? I would think they close with the park hours but Disney always surprises me! Anyone know? Thank you!

I know some of the stores on Sunset Blvd stay open so people can buy last minute souveniors but I do not believe the food places are open. I'm going by year old memory here so hopefully someone will confirm this for you.
