HELLO Welcome to my second Disney trip report! Strap yourself in, Pull up on that yellow strap, and get ready for a fantastic once in a lifetime adventure! LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS (to defeat the Huns )

Hi there! I'm Hollye and I will be your narrator!

I'M BAAACCCCKKK!!! Let's start with the basics, This was my third trip to Disney and my second in 2014. My Disney obsession began last summer after reading Disneyfreak508's (or Jess the Frump) trip reports. I plan to attend Disney College program and one day be best friends with Aurora if ya know what I mean! My Disney love comes from the infatuation with the rule of never growing up! While you wait for more updates or just want to know more about me you can read my trip report from February (Shameless plug!) "You just gotta be like Elsa and LET IT GOO"
Katherine

This girl is one of my favorite people in the universe! She is actually the one who invited us to go on this trip with her and i was SO thankful she did! We were there to celebrate her birthday and I can't think of a better way to do it! The teacake part of my title comes from the nickname I have given her but we all started calling each other teacakes! After showing her Sophia Grace and Rosie videos, we decided we were actually British and have perfected our accents! Katherine has even went to England last summer! Katherine's favorite princess is Belle and her favorite movie of course is Beauty and the Beast!

I was so grateful to them for inviting us to come with them on this trip and had so much fun with them! Both Kat's parents enjoy Disney and are SO fun loving! They didn't make it in front of the camera very much, BUT they were definitely there and helped make this trip as amazing as it was!

Laura is my older sister who one day wants to be a Marine Biologist! Laura loves Disney almost as much as I do! Her favorite Disney movies are Peter Pan and 101 Dalmatians! Her favorite princess is Tiana. She is also a dedicated trip report reader! So, HAY BABE! (she hates it when I call her that )
Emily

Last but not least, adorable Emily! She was a theater friend of Katherine's and Laura and I had never met her until the morning we left for Disney! I have to admit, I was a little scared of spending a week with a girl I had never met but I soon saw the error of my ways because SHE IS AMAZING!!! I just love her SO much!! Emily's favorite princess is Rapunzel and favorite movie is Tangled!!

Real Life Update: Let's Get Crafty!!!

"Everything Is OKAY. I Have The Cheese Balls"
I wasn't exactly sure where to start this report since Katherine's parents surprised us the day we left home and took us to the beach for two days (AMAZING right?) but I finally decided to start the day we actually headed down to Disney!
We were staying at Palm Coast! Right beside St. Augustine and about two hours away from Orlando! We woke up about 10AM and discovered that Tinkerbell had visited us!

Everyone got a little package with our favorite character on it and they all had..

PINS!!! Pin trading is definitely addicting! I was so excited to have more to trade! Emily had never pin traded before so we were all excited to get her into it as well! After we played with our pins for a while, we decided to pack up and take a walk on the beach before heading to Disney!

So, we packed up and grabbed our barrel of cheese balls (a necessity of course) and headed to the beach!

The beach was SO beautiful I almost didn't want to leave! But who am I kidding? WE WERE GOING TO DISNEY!! ASDFGHJKL!!!! So, after walking on the beach for about an hour, we headed back and showered while the 'Rents went to Publix to get some groceries!
After showering and making sure we looked Disney ready, we hopped in the van or "Mary Poppin's Bag" as Laura had named it and we were off to the MOST MAGICAL PLACE ON EARTH!!! EEEEEP!!!
After a quick nap and some coloring, we saw those glorious gates!!

Anyone else hear that angel choir? We were going to stop and take pictures by the gates but there were BIG flashing lights telling us that there was NO stopping and it was strictly enforced... SO we bypassed that idea and headed to our resort!!!

WE WERE STAYING MODERATE BABY!

We dropped off Katherine's mom to go check in and we sat in the parking lot! Which, by the way HAS WIFI!!! Sigh.. I love Disney

It took about 45 minutes to check in! There was apparently people in front of Katherine's Mom who didn't have any reservations or magic bands so that took a while to get them set up! But, we finally were on our merry way!
We pulled up to our cabin and headed inside just to check it out first! I ADORE the cabins!! They. Are. Perfect.
There is one bedroom that has a full bed an a bunk bed. The 'Rents graciously gave us girls that room!
*I would like to note that the quality of the pictures in the first part of this TR are pretty terrible. Stick around though, I promise they get better haha!*

There was a closet in there that we later named "Emily's closet" LOL

And then there was a small counter with a mirror and a hairdryer! Perfect for us girls putting on our princess faces every morning!

There was also a TV which was constantly playing Disney Channel and Disney Jr. but more on that later!
The bathroom was nice and spacious

There was a full kitchen which was very convenient and homey!

And a table and chairs, and a couch, and a Murphy bed!

After our little tour, we went out to get our bags!
We were all a little too excited that our magic bands were the room keys

It had started to rain but we decided to brave it anyway and head to Hollywood Studios!!

Haha! I was the exact same way! On the last night of the trip I was walking out of a store and spotted a CM's pin lanyard so I was like walking out of there backwards trying to make sure I didn't see one I wanted!

I'm in! Sounds like it is going to be a great adventure!!!

Glad to see that you're back! I hope this TR is even more epic than the last!

Keep Your Head Up High Ladies!! You Wear Those Head Ponchos!!!
After we unpacked our things, it was time to head out to the parks! BUT it was raining Katherine and Emily hadn't brought rain coats! SO we had to get creative! We found some extra trash bags and made the ever so attractive head ponchos!!

Laura was trying to keep her backpack dry and it ended up looking like there was a growth on her back
We were finally ready to head out and, if I do say so myself we look FINE
We hopped in Mary Poppin's Bag and rode to the parking lot and rain for our lives to make it to the bus stop!!! It was now looking something like this:

Our bus pulled up in a few minutes and we hopped on! And then began the BRITISH ACCENTS! We pretty much kept these up the whole trip so go ahead, read this report in your best accent!
We got off the bus and it was still down pouring! BUT on the upside, EVERYONE was mass exiting the park! We headed for cover over by Guest Relations because Katherine got an AP! There was a CM in the back with pins and so he was nice enough to come around and let us trade with him! The accents were in full swing! The CM asked where we were from and told him Essex! He was like "Wow! I guess you're used to this rain then!" and we were giggling like crazy by the time he left I just love us! I traded for this AMAZING Jungle Cruise pin!

After that guy left, we all got pins! I wanted an un-birthday pin because there is supposedly one but there wasn't one at this place so I just wrote un-birthday on it!

We asked the CM for tape so the sharpie didn't wash off in the rain and headed to the gate! But then it was time to head over to guest relations (The one inside the gate!) There were still some stuff they had to work out with the AP and we were going to make another Fastpass+ reservation! While we were waiting, there was this mom with a stroller who walked right through the gate without a ticket! Everyone around looked around with their jaw dropped! Her family was standing right beside me in front of guest relations! The people at the gate tried to explain to her that she needed her ticket and needed to go back out and come back in! But she spoke limited English and so it was pretty much just a HUGE yelling fit! Thankfully they found someone who spoke Spanish and the woman reluctantly exited and re-entered! Soon, those people left, and Katherine and Emily came out so we headed over to look for a new lanyard for me! But we didn't see any and Katherine's parents came over and said it was time to get to our first FP+!!
I just love Hollywood Blvd.

We headed over to Animation Courtyard!

Uhhh..There Are Barbarians In ABC Commissary!!!
This was my first time to ever see TVOTLM!! I wasn't exactly sure what to expect! I kinda thought this was like a show but with puppets and videos? Yeah. I just didn't know what it was..
Anyway, we walked in and got REALLY good seats! The show started not five minutes after we sat down!

HOLY BATMAN. I. LOVE. THIS. SHOW!! lovestruc:

So, this show is basically a mix in between a puppet (for lack of a better word) show, kinda like a distant cousin to the finding Nemo show in AK, it also has a 4D movie effect with the mist and the clips from the movie BUT it also has "THE REAL ARIEL ACTUALLY IN IT!!" (If you haven't seen Sophia Grace and Rosie go to Disneyland, Click on that link! I'm about to make your life 10x better!)
Anyway, this show is amazing and beautiful!!!

I'll definitely be coming back to see that show. A few MILLION times!
Everyone was getting pretty hungry and I suggested we try Min and Bill's! I've heard great things about it but when I was there in February it was closed! We headed over to it but it was closed AGAIN...? Am I missing something obvious here?
Okay, so that was out. I suggested Pizza Planet but that was on the other side of the park and we finally decided on ABC Commissary since it was practically 20 feet from where we were standing! Emily led the way! Oh yeah! I forgot to mention! Emily had just been to Disney and Universal 2 or 3 weeks before we went on spring break and to celebrate her birthday! So she was the one usually in charge of directions! If you have read my previous report, we all know me and directions don't mix well!

When I saw the building, I was like hit with deja vu and realized I had eaten there on my very first trip to Disney! So that's exciting! Also, this is going to sound really dumb, I didn't realize the the "ABC" in ABC Commissary stood for like, the TV channel But I figured it out pretty quickly when I spotted Once Upon A Time posters!
AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just started becoming obsessed with this show!! IT. IS. PERF. I strongly suggest it for ANY Disney lover!
...We were doing something.. RIGHT. FOOD.
We went inside and stood in line! For this trip, we weren't on the DDP because Katherine's Mom had a free pin code but didn't see an expiration date and so didn't get to use it! Truthfully, I'm fine with or without DDP! If it were left up to me, I'd only eat Dole Whips and School Bread for the entirety of my trip
I think Laura and I got the kid's chicken (The kind CM gave us fries AND a cookie! Bless her!) Katherine and Emily got kid's cheeseburgers, Katherine's Mom got a kid's power pack, and Katherine's Dad got the Chicken Bleu?

All good stuff! Katherine's Mom also got the seasonal cupcake for us all to nibble on! (I tried to find it's real name but I looked all over the place and it's nowhere to be found! Its essentially a worms in dirt kind of deal! A chocolate cupcake with like chocolate ganache frosting)

THAT IS ONE HEAVENLY CUPCAKE!!! It was SO good! I usually don't like double chocolate things but this was delicious! Even the flower pot was filled with the chocolate ganache! It was just sitting there in front of us while were waiting for our food and we just couldn't stand it! Who can blame us? So we kinda started eating it like Barbarians without utensils. NO SHAME
We finally got our food and went to sit over by the display set up for the Nashville show! It's one of Katherine's favorite shows so she had to get a picture!

After eating, and making a bathroom run, we decided to go and ride The Great Movie Ride!!

"I've Made a Mistake. Just Say No!"
We headed for The Great Movie Ride! I was really siked! I had never been on this ride before and didn't know what to expect!

The ride was completely walk on! Therefore, I took this opportunity to get high fives from all the CM's working there. We had a competition that night to see who could get the most!
We boarded our car and began our "Spectacular tour through the movies"
I loved this ride! I had no idea what to expect so I was quite surprised when one of the gangsters was an actual person!!!

After the ride, it was time to head over to Rockin' Roller coaster!! Another first! (I just love that banana!)

We got in line and were handed the ever so desired red card. I've heard great things about RR but I couldn't imagine HOW AMAZING IT REALLY WAS!

Then we headed over to TOT!
We tried to get a high five from the CM but he ever so creepily said "I don't know where your hands have been" ...Right back at ya
Our elevator operator's name was Van and so when he shut the doors he said in his doom and gloom voice "Goodbye" and I said in my British accent "Goodbye Van"

After that ride, we headed over to Fantasmic using another FP+! The amphitheater was so empty compared to the last time I was here! I assuming that was due to the fact that the 20 minutes before the show the skies opened up again! We had great seats! But.. that may have been because we kinda sneaked into the dining section
We were just sitting there in the downpour kinda miserable in the rain for a while! While we were sitting, I had somehow managed to stuff my bag in my rain jacket to keep me dry but it resulted in my looking very pregnant! Katherine's Mom thought I looked so hilarious So I was like "I've made a mistake. Just say no!" she said that was the funniest thing she heard all trip!
The head ponchos came out again!

Laura and Katherine decided that the crowd looked a little sad all hunched over in the rain so they went down front and started the wave!!! We reenacted it after the show

The rain finally stopped and they were able to start the show! Prepare a picture overload! All the credit goes to Laura for this!

Joining in!! I just binge-read your February TR and loved it, and this one has a great start as well!! I love the high-five game, it sounds like so much fun! I would love to take a trip with a group of friends sometime. (Just like the frumps!!) I also saw that you like Once Upon a Time.... I love it too! I'm unhealthily obsessed!
