Last few yrs Ohana meat has been dry & over cooked a d then to top it all off we had a "crack head" waitress, she was seriously on something, I was getting very uncomfortable to the point I was ready to leave...DH called for a manager she comped the meal for all 4 of us & apologized profusely.. I do plan on going back eventually but not anytime soon..

So this is probably a silly question, but every time I see one of these I want one....Can you order using the English description, or do you struggle through the French pronunciation? :confused3:rotfl: Like I said, probably a silly question, but who better to ask?

Also, I have stalked my way through the entire live thread ever since I joined the DIS, thank you to everyone who participates. We are going on our first trip in August, and this has been amazing to a Disney newbie!

It's nice to see a familiar sight from DL! Still haven't eaten there yet, but apparently the nachos are awesome. :thumbsup2

Thank you so much for keeping this going, Barb! By the way, I just made a small announcement in my DR. Long story short: do you have room for another reporter during Fourth of July weekend? Our dining plans might not be particularly interesting, so I would only send in updates that seem worthwhile.

Thank you so much! Contributing to this thread again will be so much fun. Even if our meals aren't very interesting, I'll definitely send over some CL food pics (since we're tentatively having dinner in the lounge on the 4th - couldn't get a dinner reservation anywhere else on the monorail line. :rotfl:)

"Oops, the five sodas I drank due to the spice may have contributed to my inability to finish.
I could only get through about half."

I always leave this thread starving and wanting to make more ADRs!

Sorry I haven't been commenting. My dad had to get emergency surgery and wound up in intensive care for about a week. W have him in a rehab facility ow because he hasn't been able to walk, so I had to let my food thread addiction slide a little. Luckily, he is doing better and I'm gearing up for our August trip!

I've heard from Rachel and she said the more the merrier, so it's a "go" for your entire trip. I'll add you to the August list and send you a PM in late July with our info for sending your updates. Thanks again for volunteering! :thumbsup2
