What is the best settings for my digital camera to take pictures in the parks? For some reason, I can never seem to get the right settings. Everything is always so blurry or just plain horrible.

There is no single best setting, it compleatly depends on what your shooting, what the availible lighting is, what type of equipement you have, everything is a variable.

if you want to give more specific questions, then we might be able to help you out.

sounds like you need to make sure it is set to "auto", that would be safest until you can learn more.
