I see on Universal's ticket options page a $22 deal for dinner and 2 rounds of mini golf. Has anyone done this, and is it actually a good value versus simply having dinner at one of the restaurants then playing golf?

Mini Golf costs $13.99. You get one round of golf and your choice of the above meals. For example, the Cheeseburger in Paradise at Margaritaville is $12.99 not including your drink.

i saw the promo at $23.95 + tax.

the golf is $13.95 for one of the themed courts.
that would leave you with $10 for the meal.

depending on what you wanted to eat at the listed places in citywalk, the allowed menu is listed, you could come out ahead.
a beverage is included in this promo.

but, when you go thru the booking process, it is listed as $22.48.
not sure how long that discount will be available.

if you want a light dinner, such as a soda and sandwich, then this promo would be nice for you.

since you are restricted to what dinner you can apply for this promo, it could be something you would rather do separately.

the ap does give you a discount on the dinners and golf.
but, if you book it as is on the website, i didn't see where the ap could be applied.

Thanks! I couldn't find those details, so I appreciate your posting them. I kind of think we might be better off just doing it on our own, now that I see the menu offerings...she'd be happy grabbing Burger King instead of doing a sit down, or we could share the nachos at Margaritaville (which is more than enough for my husband and me when we go to the one in town).

if you eat at burger king, you will be done and out of there faster than if you went to a sit down restaurant.

and, you wouldn't be tipping at BK but would at the list of city walk restaurants.

Anyone ever see a discount/deal on this?
never hurts to pull an old thread up and bring it to life.
that way you can see how prices were back in the golden ages......

yes, i have seen deals on the movie and meal tickets.
and the mini golf and meals for city walk.

nothing lately but i did buy it last year.

when you buy one of the packages of movie and meal or movie and mini golf, you don't have to use them on the same date.

i still have my movie pass and always bring it with me on vacation in case i do want to hit the theater at city walk.

it was non expiring tickets when i bought this deal.

thanks johde for posting the site
