Chef Laurant Branlard at Swan and Dolphin

Can anyone tell me what would be the best location to try one of his desserts and/or pastries that would be accessible at lunch time and wouldn't require us to have a full meal (so I think Garden Grove would probably be out due to being a buffet...)? We are trying to stay on DDP for meals, but would love to pay OOP to try one of his desserts. I read an article that says the lounges all have his desserts, but I'm not seeing anything listed on the menus. Has anyone dined at Swan/Dolphin before and know for sure? I also can't figure out if the QS locations have his desserts or not.
