Sorry if this is in the wrong spot.... or if it has been asked before..... Two years ago at the chase lounge they were giving out wristbands for special fireworks viewing. Anyone know if this is still the case?

Thanks!!!

Yes.

It may not be available every night. If the area they use is rented out to a private party for that evening, the bands aren't offered. Usually, they utilize areas in Italy or Germany.

Followup, I'm going to be at F&W with 4 other people, in years past I could get everyone in my Party the bands, is this still the case?

Hold. Up. There's a Chase Visa Lounge?! I have a Chase Visa Disney Card and never heard of this! I know there's special meet and greets at certain parks... I need to know more about this Lounge!

It's on the top floor of the American Pavilion, only for the length of the Food & Wine Festival. Chase is the main sponsor of the Festival.

When we did this I could get everyone in the party a band (5 of us) BUT they said everyone had to be present and they put the bands on them. I can understand, they don't want black market bands out there.

Also note that the Chase Visa Lounge in American Adventure is open to all Chase card holders, not just Disney Chase.

- And it is not large so you line up outside and they let you in as folks leave.
- They had drinks and snacks, some charging spots and minimal seats.
- Once bands run out there are no more so go early.

That said we thought the viewing area was only good for first dozen or so that went in and got the rail. We won't use it again.

I was there on opening day and they were handing out wrist bands for the Concert. I asked about fireworks viewing and they said they were not doing wristbands this year but to just show up at the viewing location (Italy) and show your credit card then.
We were not close to Italy at Fireworks time so we didn't do it.

I read this on TouringPlans Lines app too. Wristbands for the concert and just show your card at the illuminations viewing area in Italy. I'll be there in 11 days and hoping for either one!

Concert bands were available only to Chase Disney Visa holders, not to any Chase card. Haven't heard that it's different this year.

However, I think any Chase card was accepted for the fireworks.

Well that's just crap! lol.. If I don't feel elite because of my card, well then that just ruins my magical experience.

:-):D

Last November we waited about 20 min to get in. It was worth it, my daughter thought it was very cool.

There were no snacks when we were there, but they had coke free cycle machines, coffee and you could buy wine. They did offer free wine in the afternoon once, but it seemed like a one time thing.
