    Hi There!
I am new to these boards and have learned so much already! A friend and I just booked the 3 day cruise (January 26, 2006!). We were assigned room 7502 - but we were wondering if Deck 5 might be better for us. We are bringing our 4 year olds and thought it would be nice to be close to the kids clubs.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

I personally LOVE  deck 5!
First cruise we were on deck 2 which was great but our last 2 cruises and this one coming up, it's deck 5 for us!

There are less cabins on that deck so "traffic" seems much better! People waiting at the elevators (we took stairs alot!) are less etc.......
Great for your kids on that deck also! Much easier for them to get back and forth!

On DCL, ANY deck is a good deck but you will love deck 5!

Thanks so much for the reply.
I'm going to see if there's a room available on Deck 5.
We are so excited - I'm sure we would be happy on ANY deck.

    Thanks again.

That area on deck 7 is also extremely quiet since the entrance to the officer's quarters & the bridge are at the end of the hall, only one door down from you. We have stayed in 7010, 7503, and are booked for 7504 in December. :)
