I booked the package for snorkling equipment, bikes and inner tubes. But is it really necessary to book those ahead of time? Just wondering if it's better to wait and see what we really end of doing.

Do these things get booked up?

I have read they have plenty, I can definately speak for the bikes, we brought our own snorkel gear, but we pre book the bikes, paid for them and never once had any desire to ride them, so I would wait in the bikes and inner tubes, not sure about the snorkel gear..

Great thanks! I think i may cancel the package. Neither of my kids seem to care right now about snorkeling or biking. If we are there and they want to we will rent then. I hate to pay for the package and not use some of the components.

There were plenty of bikes and loads of snorkel gear / tubes there on our visit in November. No need to pre book if you are not sure of doing it IMO.:goodvibes Have fun we miss it!

We KNEW we would want to snorkel, but didn't prebook anyway. There was plenty of gear (though because it poured rain in the late morning/midday, the crowds were reallllly thin in the afternoon), and also they charged me the child rate for my 11 year old, so that was a win (I was all, but, she's 11? and the guy just shrugged me off).

Cancel, and see how things go, and what you may want to do, once ashore. No reason to prebook these items/excursions IMO.

It's not necessary to prebook these inadvance. I like your plan, wait and see ... what you all may want to do given the weather and such. ;)
