I just finished week 6 of Couch to 5K (C25K) with a goal of running the the Castaway Cay 5K on my cruise next month. Today was a struggle and I almost gave up, but I pushed through and completed my first 25 minute run ever. Since this is a secret from my family (until the cruise!) I figured I'd start a thread here where we can all support each other. Who's with me??
