We've booked a preferred room, which area is this likely to be in? I'm looking forward to not having to trek to the food court for a mug refill!

Check out post #1 of this thread and you'll find a list of the preferred locations and a link to the CBR map.

There's a market at CBR? Are there gallons of milk there?

There's a small section in the resort store that sells some grocery item. I don't remember there being a gallon of milk but there were half gallon containers there.

If you booked preferred, you will be in one of the Trinidad North buildings or in building 26, 25 or 24 in Martinique.

    Thank you!

It's still quite a trek from the check in and buses though!

Are you taking Magical Express? If so, Bell Services can take you and your luggage to your room via van. Bell Services podium is located right outside of the Custom House where you check in. They will also do this when it's time to check out. If you have any issues or questions which require a visit to the concierge desk, there's one in Old Port Royale.

If you have your luggage with you, Bell Services can take you and your bags to your room after check in. If you don't have your checked bags with you and just have your carry-ons you can take the internal shuttle. Also when you check out you can have Bell Services pick up you and your luggage and drop you off at the Custom House. We have not had to go to the Custom House except for check-in and check out.

Also, every village plus Old Port Royale has it's own bus stop for the parks. You are never far from one.:thumbsup2

We had a crazy experience as far as getting back to the Custom House goes. They came and grabbed our luggage, and told us to make our own way back to the Custom House! I didn't know that was not normal until we were back home.

In the past we have driven up the same day, and have gotten to the resort around noon, room was always ready. This time we are driving up tonight, staying at downtown Disney, then moving to our resort in the morning, will we be able to use the pool etc...until our room is ready, I am sure it will not be ready until the afternoon, we plan on arriving around 9am.
Very Excited!!! Car is loaded and getting ready to make the trip up!!

Does anyone have a pic of the fridge at CBR or know if a gallon of milk will fit inside? I've looked at thr CBR pic thread and didn't see one, but I may have missed it.

    Thanks!

    Two quick questions

    1. Are the stairs very slippery when climbing them?

2 Are the buildings well lit when coming back at night especially the stair cases and are there any pics?

    Thanks

I can answer the second question. The buildings are very well lit at night. I wouldn't feel unsafe, or worry about tripping.

If you take the shelf out a gallon will fit. You can also put 2 or 3 half gallons on the door.
