I am an Epcot lover too. There never seems to be enough time to just take in everything. I'd love to spend a couple days going into every single shop and restaurant in the WS...sigh...so much to see...You have a great plan that covers a lot though!

Bummer about the computer. I had the hard drive go on my Mac last spring right after I got home from Florida. Fortunately it was replaced under Apple Care, but some of my pics weren't backed up and I had to go find them the memory cards again. THAT was fun! Not!

What kind of margarita is the blue one (or does it just look blue?). There is NOTHING better than a rita at the Ditch. They are amazing.

That is a gorgeous sunset picture. I agree - nothing better than the sunset over the world showcase lagoon.

Oh the cronut. I need a do-over on those with my next trip. I just didn't love it last May and, for the life of me, I can't figure out why.

I adore Epcot - your lineup of must-dos looks great! I've always loved Soarin', but I love it more and more each trip.

I'm hoping to finally make it to La Cava this trip - I want an avocado margarita and some queso dip!

I absolutely love your love of Epcot!!! Trust me, I have enormous love for that park as well but you have a certain ability to articulate exactly why and I love it!!!

I haven't yet tried a cronut but it's absolutely, absolutely one of my must-dos as well!

Yay! That's so true, no matter how many trips I take, or how long the trips are, there's never enough time. Just gotta make the best of it I guess! And it's also nice to know you can keep coming back and still see new things!

See, my pics were backed up on an external hard drive, HOWEVER, it was a hard drive for a PC, so we had to buy a new one at Apple and transfer everything over from the old one to the new one, then when we got home, we could put them back into "Pictures" (because apparently iPhoto is a thing of the past?) and they're all there...but I can't do anything with them. Like I can't use them here, I can't transfer them to photo bucket, I can't edit them. I can just open them and look at them. I'm glad I have them but they're kind of useless now. Good thing I kept most of my memory cards!

I have no idea what the blue margarita was! It definitely was blue, it was from a few years ago, so I don't think they have it anymore. I just remember it being really good!

Single Digits and Fast Passes!

Hi guys! So I know I'm not going to have much DIS time this weekend, so I thought I'd do my FP+ update while I can! But before that, just have to say that

IT'S SINGLE DIGIT DANCE TIME!!!!



(Are people still doing this on this DIS? I don't see it much anymore!)

Well, anyway, only 9 days until my trip! And by the time anyone reads this, it will probably be 8! I have so much to do still to get ready, and like I said, I have no time this weekend, so of course, next week I'll be running around like crazy to get ready, but I don't care, it's fun getting ready for a trip!

So I know I didn't mention my FP+ selections much in my previous updates, because I wanted to do a separate post about them. I'm still not a huge FP+ fan, I still prefer the old paper FP's, but I guess I have to get used to this way. Sometimes it's ok, but other times it's awful!

Normally I do all of my FP+'s in the morning or afternoon...this time, I'm trying a different strategy. Some of them will be used mid-morning or afternoon, but some will be used at night, at the 2nd park we're in. I've never done that before. I just figure if we're getting to a park when it opens, just do as much as we can in the morning and use the FP's later when lines are long, right? Is that a bad plan? I'm still kind of bad at FP+ planning, but I'm sorry, there's no way I'm stressing myself out over FP's.

Of course, I'm using my FP's for 3 days in Epcot, since it is my favorite park! I have 3 FP's for Soarin'

because I'm obsessed and need to go on as much as possible!

Then I have Spaceship Earth, the Seas with Nemo and Friends, and Mission Space. I doubt we will use Mission Space or Nemo, but they force you to get 3 so I just chose them. If we want to go on Test Track, I guess we'll do standby because I'm not parting with a Soarin' FP for Test Track!

And I miss Maelstrom. There's almost nothing to do in terms of attractions in the World Showcase now!

Then we have 2 days of FP's in the Magic Kingdom!

I think my choices are kind of weird for MK...I did Peter Pan's flight twice, because I love it and the line is always crazy

Then I did the Mine Train twice, even though I told myself I don't really need to go on it more than once! Then I got one for Winnie the Pooh and one for the new Wishes viewing area. I just think it's strange that I didn't do any of the mountains! I hope Splash isn't too long of a wait!

We also have 2 days of FP's for Hollywood Studios!

If you guessed that I have 2 for The Tower of Terror, you guessed right!

We also have 2 for Toy Story Mania, even though Brandon says he doesn't like it, it's fun, and it's always nice to skip the line at that ride, and then one for Star Tours and one for Muppets, which I doubt we'll need, but again, they make you get 3. I wish we could have gotten one for Rock N Rollercoaster, but they have that stupid tier system, so we'll just go on early before the line is crazy.

And then we have our one lone day of AK FP's!

Of course we have one for Expedition Everest

And then we have one for the Safari, and one for Festival of the Lion King. After missing it in September, I'm not taking any chances!

So that's it for our FP's! Our 2nd MK day, I just made because I want to see Wishes from that new spot, but honestly, that's a day that I don't even have plans for a park, so who knows if we will use them! I do like how you can switch them and cancel them so easily right on the app on your phone (although my app NEVER works in Disney. Never. I always have to make Brandon get it and I have to use his phone. ) but I would love it they brought back the old FP's, they were so much easier!

We'll see how having FP's at night works out! I've never bothered before because I always thought if I use up my 3 in the day, I can make a 4th at night, but that's never worked. So why not try something new right?

As for ADR's, I'm still in the process of finalizing them, but as soon as I do, I'll post my list! I've added a few, canceled one or two, added more...I feel like all we're going to be doing is eating on this trip!

I'm still trying to get caught up on TR's and PTR's , I've had no time for the DIS at all this week, so hopefully in the next few days I'll be all caught up again! Please don't think I'm neglecting anyone, I'm just so busy right now, I have a wedding to go to this weekend and I'm trying to finalize everything with this trip, and we've had the computer troubles, and baby squirrels in my garage (don't ask, just know if you ever find baby squirrels in your garage, it will be a huge pain in the you know what to get rid of them! ) I'm also hoping to do 2 more updates here, but it might just be one, I'm not sure. I always have intentions of doing an update the night before a trip, but then that never happens, so maybe a few nights before? I'm not sure, but I will definitely do one more update, if not 2!

Up next...I don't know? Final ADR list and just random last minute things probably!

Your Fastpass selections look great! Hopefully the lower crowds in early May will be on your side when it comes to the MK mountains. We have a Soarin' Fastpass for all of our Epcot FP days, too!

You are getting so close!! Some interesting FP+ choices but I'm no means an expert...so I'm sure it will be great no matter what you choose. I LOVE that you plan to ride Peter Pan twice...I love that ride and you're right...it is always nutso busy. Looking forward to hearing about your ADR's!

Your plans sound great and I think that makes sense to save FP+ for your park-hop and just hit the first park early to avoid the lines.

I honestly forgot that Single Digit Dancing was a thing. I guess it hasn't been used a lot lately in what I've read. But I'm on board with the SDD:

I know, once I got to a month, it was taking forever! Now that I'm at 6 days, time is going to go by so slooooooow....

I did cut out Yachtsman. It just had to go, there was no room for it, and I can't deny Brandon Le Cellier. I was ready to skip it, but he was so disappointed when I told him we weren't going, and since our ADR's are like, 80% my choices anyway, I had to find a way to go there. I'll get to Yachtsman someday!

I don't like to schedule a lot of ADR's, but it just happens that way! And we only really have 1 per day, I think we have 2 on maybe 3 days, BUT one of them is BOG lunch and one is Beaches and Cream and I don't really count them as ADR's! And the last day we have 2 but you know, it's the last day!

I was so proud of myself when I read your whole PTR in one sitting, now I'm so behind again!
