Cancellation on Room Only

    Can someone tell me the cancellation policy on room-only rates? When would I need to cancel to get a full refund of my deposit?

    You can cancel up to 6 days before check in. After that, you lose the amount equal to one night's stay if you cancel.

    But, that deposit can be applied to a future trip. You don't "lose" that money unless you don't reschedule the trip at all. Make sure those are the terms of that specific reservation though (the 6 day cancel).

    I had made a reservation last Oct that had a 45 day cancel for a room-only reservation. Another reservation I had for this past January was only the 6 day cancel, so check the cancel policy on your specific reservation to make sure.

    Of course if you cancel before the time period you will get a full refund.
