Can you wear a short fancy white dress into the park?

Okay, sounds like a strange question, I know. I'm aware that you cannot wear a full blown wedding gown into the park unless you are escorted in by a cast member. However, I was wondering if anyone knew if you could get away with coming in using your park ticket in a short white fancy dress (as in a knee length wedding dress without beads and lots of lace)?

Although this is a dicey question...I did ask my co-ordinator this when we were first working out the whole "wear my dress to the DP" situation..

I basically asked her, what if I was wearing a short white dress with no veil or flowers or anything that screamed "Bride"...she kind of hemmed and hawed, like it was a real iffy situation, but she also said, yes, you could wear a short white dress inside the park..
I've seen women in white sundresses and heels etc. in EPCOT, so it would most likely really depend on the dress...can you send a picture to your co-ordinator and she what she/he says?

I don't see why not, You won't be confused as a character. I've seen lots of poeple dressed up in Epcot before. Even the Magic Kingdom. (they haven't all been white) but it's just a coctail dress. I like to dress up for my birthday, and I'm going to be wearing what I saw in a magazine as a bridesmaids dress.

I was looking for a white or mostly white sundress to wear to the MK myself. But I would say the fancier you get, (ie the more lace and sparkles) the more it might start looking like a wedding dress- Also I am going to assume that anything would be subjective to whoever sees it. What might look like a wedding dress for someone might not for someone else... so it might depend on who is standing there if they let you in.
