Can you change resort after booking a package?

I doubt I would have resort issues serious enough to have to change resorts mid-stay, but want to ask this question. I am on a Tickets and Room package from 2/28 to 3/4. Would I be able to change resorts by paying the difference in room prices from one resort to another (based on availability)? I doubt I can do this, but want to ask to know my options in a worst case scenario.

Yes, you can.

I did this for my upcoming trip from ASMusic to CSR. I just had to pay the upgrade $$ difference.
