We're cruising in June. Just wondered, say I booked the Dolphin Encounter then we changed our minds, can it be cancelled and money refunded?

    THX!

It CAN be cancelled and no $$ charged, but I can't remember the terms. I know that it can't be cancelled once you're onboard, but I think it might even be a day or two before you board. I'm not sure on that, however. Suz

You are not charged until after you go on the excursion. But you have up untilo 48 hours before sailing to cancel or else you will still be charged.

I was disappointed to find that the cold weather was not sufficient reason to cancel a water activity at Castaway Cay although I understand there must be some final numbers they can rely on to properly staff events.
