I know it was a while ago, but in October of '97 when we went there, it was miserably hot. We're from Hawaii so we're used to humid, tropical weather, averaging around the 80's. (We do get into the 90's here too, but I for one don't like it too much
) IMO, it was hot during the day.
We wore shorts and light tank tops everyday.
We did swim at night. This was Pre GCH, so I don't know what that hotel pool is like.
wave2: Sorry, just thought I'd jump in to tell you my opinion of the weather in October.) It was hot, the Santa Ana winds were blowing (so we were told) and
there was a huge fire burning in the mountains nearby -- you could see the orange glow and smoke in our pictures we took at Toontown. It was hot that year.
I would suggest checking the weather report before you go and get the 10 day forecast.
