Can we change TA at DU once booked?

Our DU TA is making me upset. :sad:

Told her decks, forward, starboard and number of people. We knew exactly what was available and where we wanted to be.
She gave us a room. This Ok? Yes. Book. Paid.
She put our in-laws in with us (on the reservation) instead of 2 teen kids. :sad:
In-laws went with us in 2007! Must have been in DU data base. In-laws are not on our reservation at all.
3 1/2 hours later it is still not fixed and I am going crazy.
I can't book excursions, Palo, ...
This is our 17th Disney cruise. So I am not a newbie to booking.
It is not going smoothly because I decided I wanted the DU OBC. Now I am remembering why I stopped using a TA and book through DCL web site.
Can't talk to our TA on phone because the one number they give you does not go to TA. They can't fix issues.
Now, my Parents want to go and I see the adjoining room is available. I am afraid to ask her to book and link the 2 ressies. Our first is still mixed up.
And our in-laws (yes the ones we are not in the room with) may also be coming along too. UGGH

How or can I get a different TA?
Sorry but this all seems so simple to me and I could have done this all on the DCL site if I didn't want the OBC. :sad:

What can we do?
 
I've personally never had a problem with any of the DU agents. What I would do is to send an email to John at dreams unlimited he's the big boss and he will make it right. He monitors this thread so don't be surprised if he pops up on here.

But now it's going to get complicated booking both rooms on each side of us which are available for our parents. :scratchin

Send the webmaster an email. Seems to work.

(And give up on Disney specialist going forward If an agent won't give you a REAL phone number with REAL people who can do REAL stuff RUN RUN RUN!:lmao:)
 



Yeah I know I sound like a broken record, but so do these posts about how they can't get a response from their Disney Specialist TA. :rotfl2:

I have no idea why folks would trust their vacation to someone who doesn't give good service where there are so many other options out there?

We tried Small World (?) first but they took a day or more for each thing asked. So "fired" them. When we book we just want to book.
It's not worth my nerves waiting for the OBC! :(

Anyone know Webmaster John's email?
She still hasn't gotten back to us about putting a hold on the other 2 rooms until parents talk to her n reserve. That was almost a hour ago DH emailed her.

I weighed the OBC vs. having 100% control of my reservation for my back to back cruises and decided that having total control was invaluable.

Living and learning & remembering why again... :sad:
5% off OBC for making my nerves a wreak! This is an $18,000+ linked reservation... What was I thinking?

Then book the other two rooms yourself and leave the agent out of it. This way you do have control over them.

What I did when I had a time sensitive issue with my du agent I sent her an email with my number and asked her to call me. She called me within an hour or so and we had everything worked out.
