Can someone post a list to a link of what to bring to a condo/villa rental?

The company you rent from should provide you with a basic list of what to bring as well as what items they provide. I know the WBC location provides all linens, basic kitchen appliances, basic (VERY basic) cooking items. They also provide a limited amount of disposables - 2-3 days of dw detergent, 1-2 loads of laundry detergent, plenty of trash bags. I think most timeshares do that. If you plan to cook, and you want to do anything that requires more than 2 pans, 1 frying pan, and one cookie sheet, you will need to bring your own. I usually bring disposable muffin tins and spices. If I really plan to cook, I might bring a medium sized crockpot and some decent mixing bowls. But you can pick up cheap ones at Walmart if you really need them.

We have rented from places that are not timeshares, and those normally require that we bring our own linens, paper towels, etc. Those are usually beach houses / condos rented through real estate agents. I find the kitchens to be better equipped in those types of places, as folks do more cooking on beach vacays. Often, we'll find that we need something (muffin tins, a colander), buy a cheap one and leave it there. That's what my folks taught us to do, and it seems like a lot of people feel the same way.

But your rental agreement should tell you what you really do and don't need.

For ease of living we bring:
~ a couple of cheap night lights for the hallways
~ books / puzzles / magazines / travel size games
~ dvds
~ detergent pods from home (we do a lot of washing in the condo)
~ toys for our kids when they were younger

toilet paper
Kleenex
dishcloth and t-towels (never seem to be provided)
dish soap and dishwasher tabs
laundry detergent
your own soap, shampoo etc (none is provided like a hotel)

My timeshare bag has: 2 cup glass measuring cup to use in microwave, zip lock bags for left overs or making picnic lunches, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, cork screw, small knife sharpener, garlic salt, salt, pepper, dishwashing soap, sponge, hot sauce, plastic silverware, fast food containers of mustard, maynoaise, catsup, etc.
I keep this all packed in a small container & always stick it in for a trip.

You will really need to find out from the owner/agency what exactly is provided for you. We rented at Paradise Palms 2 years ago and they had almost everything we could need in the way of kitchen items and linens. No crockpot was provided though. They provided a small amount of trash bags, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, basically, enough to get you started until you could get to a store.

I started looking online after this question was posted, and I didn't get any really good lists anywhere. I have a decent one in my head from experience, but was hoping for a checklist.

Don't forget first aid items - sunburn gel, moleskin, bandaids, antibiotic cream. A full sized hair dryer in addition to regular toiletry stuff (I have long hair and the cheap little ones most places provide catch my hair and kill it). Also, ziplock bags or cheap containers for leftovers. Scissors would be good, too. I keep a pair in my suitcase.

We have a fairly extensive pack list for our timeshare vacations, but most of it is not relevant specifically to a Timeshare Resort. I will say some of the items above surprise me, and underline the need to understand what is provided. If you are staying at a private villa, then perhaps toilet paper/Kleenex/paper towel/garbage bags make sense. If you are staying at a timeshare, you just call housekeeping if you are running low on these essentials.

All timeshares I've stayed at provide soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent; although we bring our own DW tabs as the industrial stuff provided never seems to do a good job. Shampoo/conditioner are hit and miss (and you may not like the brand), so bring some just in case. I've never had dish towels not be provided; although at our last TS stay (Lake Placid) it took about a day to find them - that kitchen was huge! There might be a small sample box of laundry detergent provided. but that is hit and miss too; we pack the pods now and a couple of dryer sheets.

For the kitchen, we always bring a good sharp knife (unless flying with only carryon), scissors and a good corkscrew - these things are usually provided, but they are invariably of poor quality and badly abused (I do like the idea above of bringing a sharpener - adding that one to my list). If we are driving and have the space, we'll bring one good frypan, and some BBQ utensils and our French press coffee maker and coffee grinder. Resorts generally have coffee makers, but may not provide coffee, filters, sugar, and probably not cream. If the French press isn't coming along, we'll pack some standard paper filters just in case. Most resorts don't provide salt and pepper, or may only have the takeout packets (this is for sanitary reasons) - we bring a small travel S&P set that we use at the trailer in the summer.

I talked to mom last night, as they have been Wyndham owners since it was actually Fairfield. They make 3-6 trips a year, depending on the point value of the places they want to go.

She keeps a small timeshare bag that includes:
~ a wine stopper and vacuum pump
~ chip clips
~ olive oil (she has the backpacking type in ketchup packets)
~ a large piece of aluminum foil, folded up
~ several of each size ziplock bag
~ sewing kit
~ matches
~ scissors
~ first aid supplies
~ salt / pepper / cinnamon-sugar / sweet'n'low / garlic powder
~ coffee filters
~ fabric softener sheets
~ scissors
~ sharp paring knife and larger kitchen knife
~ cheese knife
~ acrylic wine glasses to take by the pool
~ plastic tumblers to take by the pool

She adds 1# of their brand of coffee, 1 box of cereal, and some granola bars.

Bonnet Creek is a Wyndham resort. She asserts that she no longer brings dishwasher detergent or Tide b/c Wyndham is using all green products and no longer charge for extra dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc. I did not know this and have continued to take these things.

For toiletries, we take all own, including a full sized hair dryer. My car has a full sized first aid kit, and we have a big bag of travel remedies that the guys use while backpacking and we use when we fly places.

If we are renting a beach house, we add a LOT more stuff, as most rental homes in NC / SC (our chosen beach) do not include them. Florida may be different, since it caters to out of the country guests.
~ kitchen linens including potholders
~ all paper products
~ appropriate sized sheets for all beds, plus pillows from home
~ a throw blanket or two for watching movies on the couch
~ more spices, muffin tins, any specialty cooking items we might want (crockpot comes to mind)
~ Lysol, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets, good all-purpose cleaner, clorox wipes
