Can I buy bogo experience without a date set?

i wanted to buy the penguin blue Friday bogo but it's asking for a date - which I have no idea of yet.

Is there a way to buy it without committing to a date?

No, you have to choose a date when you buy. However, it does say it's refundable up to 24 hours before your reserved time.
