When you call for dining, resort, packages etc, are those CM's in an office call center or do they work from home? I was curious as I wanted a manager and the cm made it seem like she didn't have one. It was not for a compliant but actually a compliment so it is not like the CM was worried I would get her in trouble or something.

The reservation centers are located in Tampa and Orlando. There is always a manager that they can get for you.

In a call center... but it wouldn't surprise me if managers are in short supply right now. If you look at how many complaints there are on the DIS about excessive wait times, it may have been a situation where the managers were backed up

I work at a call center. We aren't supposed to get a manager unless we REALLY need to. Most managers have 15 or more Reps on each team. So that's probably why there wasn't one. Just not available.
