California grill reservations

Anyone have any idea when reservations can be made for California Grill? We're making adr's next week and would love to make a reservation.

They're not available yet. The Disney website does give the reopening date as August 31. But no reservations yet.

Thanks. We fly out on September 21st. When do you think they'll take reservations? July, August? Don't know whether to risk trying for a reservation that close to our holiday or book something else!

There is no way to even guess when they will take reservations. No doubt they are waiting until the construction is far enough along that they won't have to delay anything.

They have started taking reservations for dates of November 18, 2013 and beyond...starting TODAY!

It's also been stated that November 18 is not considered the opening date at this point, and at some time in the future they will open reservations for dates before that.

She is usually right. There are posters here who have gotten reservations for California Grill so it IS being done after November 18. But I've seen an interview with the chef somewhere and he seemed to think it was sooner than November that they'd open.
