I know it's not available on the 1st and last nights of the 4-day, but has anyone dined at night there on a 3-day?

It's only open for dinner on the second night.

I'm sure there have been some who have eaten there.

    We did.

Last October did a B2B (4N/3N) on the Dream. After eating in our assigned dining rooms for the 4 night, we mixed it up a little on the 3 night. Had room service the first night and then Cabanas the second night.

The food was excellent, cooked to order, hot and freshly made. Frankly, both the food and service we experienced in Cabanas kicked the you-know-what out of the food and service we experienced in the regular dining rooms.

In case you're not aware, it's not a buffet at night. It's tableservice with a menu. There will be some items from the regular dining rooms on there (the pasta pursettes and the risotto were on the menu from my recollection) but then there are several "cabana only" items - including several cooked to order steaks.

We very much enjoyed our Cabana's dinner experience.
