John Tishman, who's company was the builder of the Swan and Dolphin hotel at WDW, has died at age 90. Tishman's company was responsible for much of the construction of Epcot. During the early stages of the Eisner reign a settlement was reached between Tishman and Disney to build the two large hotels that became the Swan and Dolphin and allowed them to be located near Epcot.

Is didn't realize he did so much. I believe his company still does work for Disney the name sounds familiar from permits over the last few years.
