Yikes! That is a lot for breakfast. Thank you much for posting

bump: to keep this on the first page for those who need it
Chef Mickey's breakfast doesn't have a price listed for the 1/06/14 change, does that mean the price will stay the holiday pricing or it just isn't known yet?
As far as you room rate goes, you will not. Booking rates are at value-weekend for the 3-4th and value-weekday for the 5-8th already. The last night that is being charged at holiday rate for resorts is the night of the 1st.
That next weekend, Thursday the 9th through Saturday the 11th, has an upcharge on it - marathon, I presume? - but is still not nearly as high as the previous week's holiday rates.
See the revised list.
Thanksgiving, Candlelight, Christmas, New Year's, January 6th (if available).
1) Updated as of 7/24/2013.
2) Now includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, Candlelight Package, New Year's eve.
Thanks so much for this. I will be trying The Wave for the first time this trip and it seems to be very reasonable
Thank you so much, we cancelled Chef Mickey's. I just couldn't swallow that price and DS is too little to know the difference anyway, he will enjoy 2 Boma breakfasts for almost the same price as one Chef Mickey's breakfast!
Thanks so much for pulling this together and sharing it. I've bookmarked it. Since we live here, it will be a great resource for us.
Thanks, Rusty!! This is most helpful for my Jan trip with 11 guests.
Do you or anyone out there know the tax & tips rates? I know the usual tip on 6 or more is 18%.
Actually, I think it's 'all you care to enjoy'

1) As stated on the posting, taxes are included.
2) Some have tips included.
3) You can tip what you wish, but 6-and-more requires 18%.
Wow!!! I can't believe the price for breakfast at Chef Mickey's. Thank goodness my kids are getting older and not as into character meals. One dinner at Garden Grill (much better than CM, IMHO), one breakfast at Crystal Palace and one resort character breakfast (maybe 1900 PF) our last morning, and that's it for character meals now on our usual 10-night trip. At this point we prefer the a la carte resort restaurants and Epcot restaurants...with the exception of Biergarten, which we think is well worth the cost for dinner. We love that place. Other than that, it seems like we could eat at signature restaurants for the same price as character dinners and get much better food.
Thaaaaank You for this thread
This is GREAT!!!! Question - this includes tax - wdw does not require us to tip on tax, do they? If not what is the tax rate in Orlando - OR is there a list that does not include tax somewhere?
I believe it is 6.5%. We use the TIW card so the gratuity is already added in for us, but from what I remember 5 years ago when we had the dining plan, they printed different percentages at the bottom of the receipt so you didn't have to do the math and figure out gratuity yourself. I know that 18% and 20% were both on theorem but can't remember other amounts because we always tip 18 or 20% so that was what we noticed.
Thank You for this, Rusty. Great Job!!
Just one question, do all of these buffet / aycte prices include non-alcoholic (non-specialty) beverage? Or does it vary by location?
