We'd like to do BD at dinner one night while we're there. Problem is, there is nothing on the menu that I will eat. At all. There is something on the lunch menu, but not dinner. Do you think they'll let me order from the lunch menu at dinner? Should I call and request beforehand? I am not a meat eater, and the dinner menu is pretty much all meat, save one tofu dish. I'm not paying that kinda cash for tofu.
I don't care if they charge me more, I just want to be able to get a dish I'll eat.

Do you eat fish? If so, I highly recommend the salmon.
    It is an excellent dish!

Usually lunch items are not available at dinner.
. . . the items typically are a different portion size and price
. . . the items are taken off the cooking line to make room for dinner items
