Brit perspective on Legoland CALIFORNIA

Just trying to work out if the Carlsbad Legoland is worth it with an 8yr old girl - who likes, but is not madly into lego? Looking a the website makes me think we'd be better saving our precious holiday time (maybe for a 2nd day at SD zoo) and going to Windsor sometime instead. Am I missing something?

[I know there's the California Theme Parks forums, but was hoping to get a UK perspective....]

It was ok but nothing special, we wouldn't go again.
If your children are not huge Lego fans I would definitely give it a miss.

Thanks. I think if we end up buying one of the passes that includes it anyway I might drop in for 1/2 a day but will otherwise skip.
