Hey everyone, I wonder if anyone can help me. I booked my trip through a travel agent who booked through Transat, a Canadian wholesaler. According to the TA we won't be getting our commemorative luggage tags or the vouchers that come with a Magic Your Way package because the wholesaler doesn't give them out. Anyone else run into this? It's not an issue if we don't get them (although DH would love the arcade vouchers! ) but if we're supposed to and we don't due to the TA's error, then I'd like to fix it. TIA!
