Any excursions booked thru DCL will be charged to your shipboard account.

It's added to your onboard account on the day the excursion actually happens. Your onboard account will be settled at the end of your cruise. I suppose you could put money into your onboard account before sailing, if you wish.

Actually, your pre-booked excursions are added to each person on day one as they are non-refundable (they become non-refundable 3days prior to sailing) and your tickets are printed and waiting in your stateroom when you board. You can pre-pay toward the on-board account. If everyone is on the same account, no problem. If the adults will have separate accounts, you would pre-pay to each person booked and going on the excursion regardless of who made the excursion reservation.
