Booked AKL thru AAA website - what do I do to request specific bedding

I have a confirmation# and some sort of other code in my receipt. Can I request the queen room with bunk beds on Disney's website, do I call AKL direct, do I do it thru AAA or must I wait until I arrive? Thanks a lot!
